Sits after center preparation and before polishing or packaging.

Model selection is driven by batch volume and recipe-change frequency: BTC1000 (300 L) for small batches and frequent recipe changes; BTC1500 (450 L) when BTC1000 creates excessive reload frequency; BTC2000 (600 L) for long continuous production with fewer discharge interruptions.

Drip or spray application configured at order — drip for dense centers, spray for lightweight centers.

Selecting BTC1500 for small artisan batches with frequent changeovers increases cleaning downtime relative to productive batch volume; selecting it for long continuous single-recipe runs increases reload frequency compared with BTC2000. PLC/HMI control, drip or spray application configured at order, reversible belt discharge.
