Technical details
Chocolate cooling tunnels in five families: ETCTA elevator artisan (175×275 mm mold, 108 / 144 / 180 capacity, 8.5 kW) and ETCTI elevator industrial (205×600 mm mold, capacity at order); CTA horizontal artisan (belt 300–800 mm, length 4–12 m) and CTI horizontal industrial (belt 600–2000 mm, length 12–30 m) — PU belt default, rod or modular belt for mold cooling.
Multi-storey combines molded and enrobed cooling, artisan only (≤ 50 kg/h enrobing).
