The product family separates production models into Compact build and Industrial build.
Compact build includes RBM20, RBM40, RBM80, and RBM160 with built-in cooling and a 30–180 kg batch range.
Industrial build includes RBM300, RBM500, RBM750, and RBM1000 with cooling configuration specified at order and a 350–1000 kg batch range.
LabBM10 is specified separately for R&D and laboratory trials up to 15 kg.
Typical chocolate refining fineness is 18–25 µm depending on recipe, fat content, starting particle size, and refining time.
