Five batch wheel-type chocolate tempering machine configurations, 20 to 50 kg per load.
Selection follows three steps: batch size → downstream operation → lid configuration.
TTWBTM20-Default (20 kg base unit), Conf1 (with vibration table), Conf2 (Conf1 with hinged gas-spring lid for ergonomic operation), Conf3 (with integrated enrobing belt for coating as primary operation), WBTM50 (50 kg floor-standing, vibration table standard).
All models 220 V single-phase with PID-controlled dry heating, fan-assisted cooling, and continuous wheel agitation distributing seed crystals through the mass.
Real chocolate only — compound coatings do not require cocoa-butter tempering and solidify by cooling instead.
