Two-stage impact grinding machine for cocoa nibs and roasted nuts.
An upper crusher normalises fragment size; a pin grinding chamber releases fat through impact and shear and produces continuous, pumpable paste at approximately 300 µm.
Sits between the roaster and the ball mill or storage tank in a chocolate or nut paste line.
Suitable as a standalone nut paste grinder for cocoa liquor, rustic nut butters, and textured spread bases, or as a pre-grinder before ball mill refining to 18–25 µm.
Raw or unroasted material does not transition to paste under impact and will block the pin chamber.
A ball mill cannot accept nibs or whole nuts as input — the CNG50 fills that gap.
