Technical details

Water-jacketed batch fat melting tanks for cocoa butter, palm oil, shea butter, coconut oil, and other fat-based input.

Selection begins with input format.

No-grid build includes FMT50, FMT100, and FMT200 on 220 V single-phase, for drops, chips, or pre-cut input, with a 50–200 L range.

Grid build includes FMT300, FMT500, FMT500INS, and FMT1000INS on 380 V three-phase, for whole blocks placed on a hot-water grid, with a 300–1000 L range.

FMT500INS and FMT1000INS add glass wool insulation that FMT300 and FMT500 do not have.

Typical refining-line position is upstream of the pre-mixer and ball mill refiner.

Whole-block cycle time becomes slow at production scale — the limit of the no-grid group. Four blocks fit. No pump integration — manual or gravity transfer only.
