Technical details

Five batch liquid chocolate conche models, 100 to 1000 kg per batch.

Selection rule: pick the smallest model whose nominal capacity meets the required batch.

220 V single-phase available only on VMC100 and VMC200 (200 kg ceiling).

VMC400 and VMC600 accept either 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase.

HMC1000 requires 380 V three-phase.

Vertical VMC models are caster-mounted and suit multi-recipe production with ~13 h cycle.

Horizontal HMC1000 is fixed installation with lobe pump, sieve filter, and load cells, suited to single-recipe industrial production.

Conches do not reduce particle size — input must be already refined to 18–25 µm.

VMC600 suits multi-recipe production; choosing it for single-recipe high-volume production limits throughput because each batch remains isolated, while HMC1000 with closed-loop circulation runs the same recipe continuously.

Horizontal agitation with splashing disk and forced air extraction, lobe pump with sieve filter, load cells, closed-loop circulation or direct transfer to storage tank. Operator-controlled cycle time. Requires 380 V three-phase supply. Choose HMC1000 only when production exceeds 600 kg per batch or the same recipe runs continuously. Frequent recipe changes remove its throughput advantage because full clean-out becomes required.
